Mu Delta Gets Progressive

The Brothers of Mu Delta at Rollins College recently participated in a campus-wide eco-friendly progressive dinner with other Greek and Residential Organizations. Organization house managers coordinated the safari-themed event, allowing members of each organization to travel throughout the Rollins campus for different sustainable foods.

The dinner, which consisted of all locally-grown foods, culminated with a large event at the Mowbray Sustainability House in honor of the large green initiative that has recently taken off on campus.

Mu Delta Lodge Manager Colby Loetz, ’11, said "The best part was being at Mowbray House and listening to live music, free Jeremiah's ice cream, and just getting to hang out there and mingle with other organizations.”

The event proved to be very successful, giving all of the participating organizations the opportunity to come together for great fun while also making an impact on their community.

"I think the dinner went off without a hitch. The one downside was that we had invited faculty to the dinner and we were bummed that more didn't show up. Other than that, the food was great,” said Loetz.

The successful event will continue as an annual tradition at Rollins, and Chi Psi will remain active participants.
