We hope that you never need to request a refund from our Online Store, event registration or donation portal, but we recognize that this is sometimes necessary. If you would like to request a refund, please know that we will refund the amount minus any credit card processing fees we incur. 

If the refund is because of an error on our part (ie. item out of stock, etc.) we will refund the full amount. For refunds on transactions for which Chi Psi is not in error, we will keep enough to cover processing expenses incurred form the original transaction as well as the refund.
