Those in need of additional directions should contact Kevin Ondyak, Epsilon '11 at or 630.995.6533. Please program this number into your cell phone in case you need it upon arriving in Ann Arbor.

Alumni may contact me for recommendations on hotels and other area accommodations.

Online Registration
Registration for the event will close this afternoon so that I may provide final headcounts for meals. Please ask any additional Brothers or Pledges you know that plan to attend to register for the event online today. Feel free to forward this email to them, as well.

The Chi Psi Educational Trust will pay all conference fees and reimburse gas expenses for all undergraduate attendees. To qualify, undergraduates should participate in the full afternoon of programming, use full car loads to travel to Ann Arbor, and provide receipts for gas to the Central Office. Alumni participating in conference programming will be the Trust's guest for meals.

Dress for the day's programming is business casual.

Dress for dinner at the Epsilon Lodge is Coat and Tie. Please note this update from the original email about the Conference.

Don't forget to check the weather before you leave and dress appropriately.

All attendees should bring

  • The Chi Psi Story
  • A pen or pencil
  • Paper or notebook
  • Your Alpha's existing standards or expectations for recruitment and/or membership
  • Business casual clothes
  • Coat and Tie, Closed-toed shoes, etc for dinner

Undergraduate attendees staying overnights should bring Toothbrush, etc. Blanket, pillow, sleeping bag, etc. Alpha Epsilon recommends bringing an air mattress if you have one.

Friday, March 19, 2010
Brothers arriving Friday evening should go to the Lodge. Brothers will be there to show you around and help you get situated.

Saturday, March 20, 2010
11:40am: Attendees will walk from the Lodge to the classroom
12:00pm: Lunch in our classroom, programming begins
6:00pm: Programming ends (at the latest)
6:30pm: Dinner at the Lodge

Our Programming will focus on the development of standards for recruitment and membership for Alphas. These standards are not a contract for Brothers to sign, but a benchmark for individual performance within the Alpha. They allow Alpha leadership to focus more efficiently on areas where success is lacking to improve their Alpha's overall performance. We'll develop some incentive programs for Alphas to help drive participation and attendance. We'll review the Fraternity's new Facebook application and discuss key initiatives for fall 2010.

Programming at the Rowe Regional Conferences is designed for Chi Psi undergraduates and alumni, Brothers and Pledges.

I'm looking forward to seeing you in Ann Arbor this weekend. Please encourage your peers to register online at
