2024: Nathan S. Bottomley, ΠΔ '25
Nathan Shawn Bottomley is a senior at North Carolina State University, majoring in business administration with a concentration in supply chain. Nathan joined Alpha Pi Delta in the fall of 2021 and immediately became an integral leader. As the recruitment chair, Nathan motivated his Alpha to participate in campus outreach and successfully trained younger Brothers to recruit, leading to several years of enhanced recruitment. Nathan then served as the #1 of Alpha Pi Delta, and prioritized Brotherhood culture and building positive relationships with his university's administration. Following his tenure as #1, Nathan served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Representative to the Executive Council, where he worked with other Executive Council members to further Alphas' knowledge of Chi Psi's ritual and traditions. Nathan is a strong advocate for the Chi Psi Educational Trust's programs and has attended two iterations of the Outdoor Leadership Program. He was awarded the 2023 Ahlberg Honorarium, which allowed him to serve as a peer facilitator at the 2024 Verne and Judy Istock Mid-Year Leadership Retreat. Nathan continues to be a strong force in his Alpha, and he looks forward to continuing his involvement with Chi Psi locally and nationally as an alumnus.
