Chi Psi 2024 - 2025 Annual Reports

This annual report will serve two purposes.  Primarily, it will assist you in showing the National Fraternity the many ways in which 2024-2025 was successful for you despite the challenges your Alpha likely faced.  We want to know what you accomplished, where you may have stumbled, and how we can assist you moving forward.  Secondly, and even more importantly, this report will help you catalog for your successor the way in which you used your term to advance your Alpha.  We will share it with him when he takes over for you and encourages him to use it as a starting place for his efforts to continue the advancement of your Alpha. We also use these Annual Reports to identify award finalists.

A template to use for your Annual Report should have been mailed to you by your Alpha Success Advisor.

Your written rough drafts should be submitted to your ASA by June 13th, 2025 for review.

A final draft of your Annual Report, and all supplemental information, should be submitted here by July 1st, 2025.

The supplemental information includes:

  • Draft Fall Member Roster Confirmation [you will have the chance to make final corrections in August]
  • Grade Report
  • Community Service Hours
  • Alpha Budget
  • University Awards/Letters of Recommendation (optional)

For questions or concerns, please contact Daniel Walker.
