Mid-Year Leadership Retreat

The Verne and Judy Istock Mid-Year Leadership Retreat (MYLR) is Chi Psi Fraternity's key leadership training and development program. The four-day retreat in Tennessee brings every Alpha's #1 together to learn from and help teach each other those skillsets necessary to pursue their Alpha's goals. Attendees are immersed in all elements of Alpha administration, leadership, and motivation. #1s are taught to lead with their Alpha's purpose and leverage Chi Psi values toward success.

Every Alpha’s #1 is required to attend MYLR. Any scheduling difficulties should be communicated with the Assistant Executive Director or your Alpha Success Advisor ASAP. The Istock MYLR is generously funded by an endowment from former #7 Verne Istock, E '62, and his wife, Judy.
