James Van Dyke, E '01, Spencer Properties Board Member, Director of Berkeley Holdings, LLC

James currently serves as Executive Vice President for the Roxbury Group. He oversees the firm’s development and asset management activity. In recent years, James has focused on promoting Roxbury’s commitment to local workforce development and mixed-income housing solutions.

James earned a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, is a member of the Leadership Detroit XXIX, and was named one of DBusiness’ 2013 30 in Their 30s. James has been very active in the Chi Psi Brotherhood, serving Alpha Epsilon as #1 and Internal Social Chairman as an undergraduate. He is a Trustee on the Epsilon Trustee Corporation as an alumnus, served as Convention Committee Chairman for the 170th Annual Convention, and recently completed his final term as Chairman of the Chi Psi Executive Council. He is still a member of the Spencer Properties Board and a Director of Berkeley Holdings, LLC.
