Alumni Accreditation - 180th Convention
In order to be recognized for the purpose of voting at the Convention business session, alumni entities must annually submit material to the Central Office to verify that they are an active alumni entity in good standing with both Chi Psi Fraternity and the state in which they reside. As a reminder, only one alumni entity per Alpha may be accredited at the business session. Please confirm which entity will be recognized at the convention prior to filling out either form.
Please note the requirements for each type of alumni entity:
Corporations -
- Confirmation of Annual Report filed with your respective state
- Most recent IRS Form 990/990EZ
- Minutes from a meeting within the last 12 months (Virtual is fine)
- Name of the voting delegate, and if applicable, alternate voting delegate
Advisory Boards -
- Advisory Board Bylaws (unless already on file)
- Advisory Board Roster
- Minutes from a meeting within the last 12 months (Virtual is fine)
- Name of the voting delegate, and if applicable, alternate voting delegate
Regional Associations/Alumni Clubs -
- Attendee list from an event within the last 12 months (Virtual is fine), which includes at least 10 alumni
- At a minimum, one of the club members must be from a different Alpha to qualify

Please also note that this year, if you are a Corporation that is not accredited in your state, you will fill out the Advisory Board submission form instead.
