Online Registration
Registration for the event will close tomorrow so that I may provide final head counts for meals. Please ask any additional Brothers or Pledges you know that plan to attend to register for the event online today. Feel free to forward this email to them, as well.
The Chi Psi Educational Trust will pay all conference fees and reimburse gas expenses for all undergraduate attendees. To qualify, undergraduates should participate in the full afternoon of programming, use full car loads to travel to Schenectady, and provide receipts for gas to the Central Office. Alumni participating in conference programming will be the Trust's guest for meals.

Brothers arriving Friday evening should go to the Lodge. Brothers will be there to show you around and help you get situated.
Saturday, February 27, 2010
11:40am: Attendees will walk from the Lodge to the classroom
12:00pm: Lunch in our classroom, programming begins
6:00pm: Programming ends
6:30pm: Dinner at the Lodge
Programming
Our Programming will focus on the development of standards for recruitment and membership for Alphas. These standards are not a contract for Brothers to sign, but a benchmark for individual performance within the Alpha. They allow Alpha leadership to focus more efficiently on areas where success is lacking to improve their Alpha's overall performance. We'll develop some incentive programs for Alphas to help drive participation and attendance. We'll review the Fraternity's new Facebook application and discuss key initiatives for fall 2010.
Participants
Programming at the Rowe Regional Conferences is designed for Chi Psi undergraduates and alumni, Brothers and Pledges.
