The Chi Psi Educational Trust will pay all conference fees and reimburse gas expenses for all undergraduate attendees. To qualify, undergraduates should participate in the full afternoon of programming, use full car loads to travel to Schenectady, and provide receipts for gas to the Central Office. An alumnus participating in conference programming will be the Trust's guest for meals.

Attire

Dress for the day's programming and meals is business casual. Don't forget to check the weather before you leave and dress appropriately.

• The Chi Psi Story
• A pen or pencil
• Paper or notebook

Undergraduate attendees staying overnights should bring

• Toothbrush, etc.
• Blanket, pillow, sleeping bag, etc.
• Business casual clothes

Programming

Conference programming will focus on ways in which Alpha leaders can create a culture of paying for the experience their Alpha creates.  Facilitators will focus on revenue stream management for Alphas, reducing end-of-year receivables and bad debt expense, and holding members accountable for the cost of their fraternal experience.  Participants will brainstorm possible incentive programs that encourage timely payments and discourage delinquency.  The curriculum is designed for all Alpha leaders (not just the #4 or executive committee members).   Those interested in stimulating a healthy financial standing for their Alpha should attend.
